Ron Smith Started taking lessons on a whim 18 months prior to this video of his debut performance. He was very shy and not comfortable in social situations.
Not everyone will make the kind of progress he made in such a short amount of time. At the time this was taken he had averaged 2 lessons per week for 18 months.
Ron's performance impressed a very special lady so much that he now has a dance partner - and the love of his life - in Jennifer Ross. Here they are together dancing just another year later:
